Advanced Deposit

When making a booking to reserve a rental vehicle, customers will have the choice to pay in full or make an advanced deposit of 40% on a reservation if they which to have a vehicle held. When you make an advanced deposit, the vehicle which was booked will be held for the period which you requested via your reservation process. Since your reservation is prepaid, you'll spend less time at the rental counter and get on the road faster! Once your deposit is confirmed, you can keep up to date with the status on the MY BOOKING page. The purpose of the advanced deposit is to guarantee a reservation, and the full amount is applied to the customer's bill upon checkout.

Fulfillment Policy

MasterDrive Car Rentals Limited is a Car rental company, Our main product consists of the Rental of Vehicles to customers.

Delivery Policy

If you are interested in the rental delivery service, this can be provided via our website or through calling our office. We will only deliver the car if you comply with the terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to inform us as soon as they know that they need to cancel the reservation. The reservation status will be changed to No Show if the client has not shown up for the car within 24 hours and has not contacted us to change the delivery details. At peak times, such as at Christmas/new years and Crop over festival time the cancellation notice period is 48 hours.

If payment was made through this site and you cancel 24 hours before pick up time, please note that a (1) one day rental cancelation fee will charged. If it’s a NO-SHOW, The Hirer must pay MasterDrive Car Rentals 20% of the rental total and 80% will be refunded if you have already paid.

If the vehicle is returned before the original returned date, there will be no refunds or credits for unused rental days.

Refund Policy

Once you sign the Rental agreement you accept to pay the total amount even if you don’t use the total of the rental. Partial refunds will be made in the case of Early Return but note that your confirmed rental rate applies only to the exact reservation period specified. Returning the vehicle early subjects you to a higher daily and/or weekly charge as follow: The rate will increase by USD$ 50.00 per day not to exceed the estimated total at the time of Rental.

Return Policy

There is no Return policy in effect since we don’t sell any book or articles.

Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, in office or over the telephone. Customers reserving vehicles must make an advanced deposit or funds must be prepaid.
