At MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent and hassle-free rental experience. The following Business Policies explain how we manage reservations, payments, vehicle delivery, cancellations, refunds and other operational matters.

These Business Policies should be read together with our Rental Terms & Conditions, which form part of every rental agreement.

Reservation Policy

Reservations may be made through our website, by telephone, WhatsApp, email or any other approved booking channel.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd has issued a booking confirmation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including rental dates, vehicle selection, pickup location, flight details and contact information, is accurate at the time of reservation.

Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed until the reservation has been accepted by MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd.

Payment Policy

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cash and other approved electronic payment methods.

Rental charges, mandatory government levies, optional protection plans and any additional approved services must be paid before the vehicle is released unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Where a payment is processed in another currency, exchange rates are determined by the customer's financial institution.

Reservation Deposit Policy

Certain reservations may require either a reservation deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

Reservation deposits secure the selected vehicle for the agreed rental period and are credited toward the final rental amount.

Failure to complete the required payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Vehicle Delivery & Collection Policy

MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd offers vehicle delivery and collection throughout Barbados, including Grantley Adams International Airport, hotels, villas, private residences and other approved locations.

Customers should provide accurate arrival information and notify us immediately of any flight delays or changes to their travel plans.

Vehicle delivery and collection times are subject to operational requirements, traffic conditions and availability.

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations or after-hours services where applicable.

Vehicle Return Policy

Vehicles should be returned at the agreed location, date and time stated in the Rental Agreement.

If additional rental time is required, the Hirer must obtain approval from MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd before the scheduled return time.

Vehicles returned after the agreed return time without approval may incur additional rental charges.

Customers are encouraged to remain present during the initial return inspection whenever possible.

A post-return inspection may also be completed after the vehicle has been returned to our office or another authorized location.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change.

Customers who need to cancel a reservation should notify MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility, applicable fees and refund conditions are governed by our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Eligible refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.

Pricing Policy

Rental rates may change without notice due to seasonal demand, promotional offers or operational requirements.

Once a reservation has been confirmed by MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd, the confirmed rental rate will be honoured for that reservation.

Government taxes, levies and mandatory charges are applied in accordance with applicable laws.

Fraud Prevention Policy

MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd reserves the right to verify customer identity, driver's licence information, payment methods and supporting documentation before releasing any vehicle.

Reservations suspected of fraud, identity theft or unauthorized payment activity may be cancelled without notice.

Additional identification or verification may be requested where necessary to protect both the customer and MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd.

Chargeback Policy

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, MasterDrive Car Rentals Ltd reserves the right to submit all relevant supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.

Supporting documentation may include the Rental Agreement, Vehicle Inspection Reports, Post-Return Inspection Reports, Credit Card Authorization Forms, photographs, videos, invoices, repair estimates, customer correspondence and any other records relevant to the transaction.

Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks may be challenged to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and payment network rules.
