To rent with MasterDrive Car Rentals:

• Drivers must be 26 years or older.

• Drivers must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 2 years.

• Drivers aged 70 years and older may be required to provide a medical certificate confirming they are fit to drive.

To complete your rental you will need:

•A valid driver's licence.

• A passport or government-issued photo ID.

• A credit or debit card for payment or the security deposit (where applicable).

• Your booking confirmation.

Additional requirements may apply depending on your reservation.

If your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Providing your updated flight information allows us to adjust your vehicle delivery where possible.

While we do our best to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee vehicle availability if we are not informed.

Yes.

Additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement provided they meet our driver requirements and present a valid driver's licence.

Additional charges may apply.

Before leaving with your rental vehicle:

• Inspect the vehicle for any existing damage.

• Ensure any scratches or dents are noted on the inspection form.

• Check the fuel level.

• Familiarize yourself with the controls, lights, windshield wipers, and emergency equipment.

We also recommend taking photos of the vehicle before driving away for your own records.

Yes.

A refundable security deposit is required before the rental begins.

The amount depends on the selected vehicle and rental agreement.

Basic insurance is included with every rental.

Customers also have the option to purchase additional coverage for extra peace of mind.

We offer convenient vehicle delivery and collection at Grantley Adams International Airport as well as selected locations across Barbados.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was provided with.

Fuel shortages may result in a refueling charge.

Yes.

Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability.

Please contact us before your scheduled return date so we can make the necessary arrangements.
