Data such as name, surname, driver’s license details, passport or I.D. details, payment card details and contact numbers are requested from the drivers for the issue of a rental agreement during vehicle pickup or for car rental bookings only to properly reserve vehicles for customers. We do not process any of the personal data you provide us with for marketing or other purposes. No data is forwarded to any third parties for advertising purposes; we use data such as your personal details and contact details for any changes on your reservation or any insurance and damage disputes resulting during the rental period. In some cases we do forward rental agreement details with discretion If only requested by the Barbados Government & investigative authorities.

All personal information given is kept ONLY for use within the company branches and for company archives. When you book with us, all your rental and personal data is handled securely and responsibly. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. We want you to feel confident about using this website to make car rental arrangements, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. The security of your data is important to us and we do our best to protect it. We are using a Vevs system who is hosted in AMS.
